This is Brayden's second year of preschool!!! He went last year for 2.5 hours twice a week. This year, he is still going twice a week but for 3.5 hours at a time. These pics were taken on his first day. We chose a new school this year... for a couple of reasons... first being that I had heard not so great things about what would be Brayden's teacher this year and second reason is that the new school offers a program for Bryce! Bryce only goes one day a week and it is more for social interaction than anything else... But Bryce going to school translates to 3.5 hours all.to.myself. once a week.... Can I get an AMEN~!? I was very proud of both boys... they both walked (ok Bryce crawled) right into their classrooms with no hesitation and without looking back... Brayden was excited to show his teacher his lunchbox (St. Louis Cardinals) and talk about his upcoming trip to Florida. Last year, Brayden didn't take lunch to school so bringing the lunch and lunchbox is a big deal... ;)
Upon picking them up, they seemed to both be enjoying themselves and the school... I like both of the kid's teachers... Here's to hopefully a great year at school....
This is the "happy dance" that Tony and Brayden were singing during breakfast because it was a school day.
