Learning Scripture

The running joke around our house is that Brayden has his very own Bible verse... It is as follows "The earth is mine and everything in it" Reference- "Brayden 24:1. Tony started saying this when Bryce came home, the day that everything become "mine" in Brayden's world. Tony decided to turn the joke into an opportunity to teach Brayden a scripture verse. He now knows the currect reference and the correct verse, "The earth is the Lord's and everything in it". Although, this is a hard concept for him now, each time he says "MINE", we remind him of his memory verse... and he, in turn, quotes it back to us. It thrills my heart to hear my 2 year old quoting scripture... the first verse of many to come...
