I'm a last minute kind of gal. I procrastinate. It's my nature. I can't help it. On the week before Brayden's birthday, it dawned on me... "uh, I don't have ANYTHING planned". But like any good mother, I pulled it together and whipped something up... (thank goodness for good understanding friends!) We had Brayden's party in the food court of the mall (uh, someone didn't warn me about Christmas shoppers in November) and then walked to the movie theater to watch Madagascar 2. We had a blast and Brayden enjoyed doing something "different" for his birthday. We had 15 kids there and had a great time!
Afterwards, a group of us (dad,uncle, cousin, our fam) went to Benihana's for dinner. Brayden LOVES being with cousin Andrew (as he calls him) and we enjoyed watching the two of them. They get along great and it really is a shame we don't get together more often!
My Brycer! I love his fun, carefree spirit. Bryce missed his nap and was exhausted but he was a champ at dinner... and entertained us...as usual.
