If you know me... you KNOW this to be true! In college, I started telling my friends that I DREAMED to be a soccer mom with a minivan and snacks. UM.... YEA... IT HAPPENED! Brayden's first soccer game was this last Saturday. I could NOT have been any more excited. We loaded in the van, I had my "soccer mom" shirt, my team snacks, my camera, sunglasses, bottle of water... I was completely ready.... until I realized that I was forgetting Brayden. ;) I was a proud mom this day... but as I tell my boys, I am ALWAYS proud of them... He played hard, I cheered hard. After the game, I enthousiastically handed a snack (oatmeal creme pies) and juice (capri sun) to each kid. A parent did approach me about a snack rotation... a rotation!? WHAT?! You mean I don't get to be snack mom every week?!?!? I guess I do need to share. :) So So proud of you son... and uh... thanks for making ALL of mommies dreams come true... and believe me, you, my son, far exceded exceded of my snack and soccer mom expectations.
