I'm a pathetic blogger. pathetic. Back in June, I told myself that I would get around to posting these pics and a blog... did i do it? uh... absolutely not. As I was changing my facebook profile pic to one of these (priorities in life), I realized I had not blogged about the trip. After completing a Patricia Shirer bible study with this ladies (ladies whom without I would be lost) in the early spring, we decided to road trip to Atlanta to see her in person along with Beth Moore and Kay Arthur. We stayed with Christina's parents (brenda and zolly- quite possibly the friendliest people I know) 2 nights and a hotel one other night. Although we successfully ate our way through Christina's home town (thank you Jesus for the Biscuit Box!) and snacked every 2 minutes in between, the conference was the most amazing wonderful thing! SO SO many ladies worshipping, praising together, and sharing common struggles. It's often so reassuring to know that you aren't the ONLY person on earth that experiences these things... Beth Moore was amazing, Paticia- unreal!, and Kay- so convicting. The true treasure for me though was deepening friendships with these women, trusting each other with struggles/strengths/and triumphs and loving unconditionally. ... and all WITHOUT KIDS. amazing.
