The boys and I decided to take a short visit to DC a couple of weeks ago. Tony, I assumed, had to work and could not take the time off. Turns out, he probably could have gone... but that's another story. We had a great time and kept very busy! Brayden was fascinated with the horses but afraid to touch them at first. Dad and Kathy have a friend that has miniature horses... so Kathy decided to take us there to see if Brayden would touch a "small horse". He did! However, the basketball goal at the house proved cooler... oh well. We also spent a couple days at the community center in town. It has a great pool and the kids enjoyed it. The water was a tad cold but neither boys seemed to mind... Brayden played in the sprinkler one day... and also helped Papaw in the garden. As always... looking forward to our next trip...
